As a highly experienced executive leader in further education, I understand the demands placed on senior leaders. My coaching programme provides personalised support to help you excel in your role. Through one-to-one sessions, we will focus on developing your leadership skills, enhancing your strategic vision, and navigating the complexities of the education sector.

My senior leader coaching programme is designed to equip you with the advanced skills and strategies required to excel in today's demanding educational landscape. Drawing on my extensive experience as a Vice Principal for Curriculum and Quality, executive senior leader experience, and experience as a practising Ofsted inspector, I offer a unique perspective and practical guidance tailored to your specific context.

With a dedicated focus on your individual professional development, I will work collaboratively with you on a range of topics, including:

  • Improve your communication, influencing, and decision-making skills: Refine your communication style to inspire and engage stakeholders, develop your influencing abilities to achieve desired outcomes, and enhance your decision-making processes to ensure sound judgements.
  • Enhance your strategic vision and leadership capabilities: Develop a clear vision for your organisation, translate that vision into actionable strategies, and inspire others to achieve collective goals.
  • Increase your self-awareness, resilience, and emotional intelligence: Cultivate a deeper understanding of your leadership style, develop strategies to manage stress and build resilience, and enhance your emotional intelligence to foster stronger relationships and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
  • Build effective and high-performing teams: Foster a culture of collaboration, empower your team members, and maximise their potential through effective delegation, motivation, and performance management.
  • Navigate organisational change with confidence: Lead your institution through periods of transition, implement change initiatives effectively, and manage resistance to change with sensitivity and skill.

Format:

Coaching sessions are typically 90 minutes and conducted over Teams. Ideally, sessions occur every two to three weeks to ensure maximum impact and accommodate your busy professional commitments. This frequency allows for reflection, implementation of strategies, and sustained progress towards your leadership goals. 

Pricing:

I offer packages of 4 x 90 minute sessions (taken within a three month period) for £950, or 8 x 90 minute sessions (taken within a six month period) for £1,750.
